About Gather & Feast
Celebrating Hawaii's agricultural heritage, one extraordinary dinner at a time.
โA Unique Farm-to-Table Dinner Experience, highlighting partnerships with local farms and artisans, offering guests a chance to savor fresh, sustainable cuisine. It is a momentary experience and a joyful celebration of human connection. Together we gather at one long table for one magical evening and feast.โ
Our Story
Gather Feast Hawaii grew from a simple but powerful idea: that the table is the most democratic institution in the world. Regardless of background, profession, or walk of life, everyone comes to the table as an equal โ sharing food, stories, and laughter in equal measure.
Founded on the North Shore of Oahu, we were inspired by the extraordinary abundance of Hawaii's land and the deep community spirit of the islands. We saw an opportunity to connect this abundance directly to the people who most want to experience it.
Our events are held at working farms and beautiful outdoor venues, allowing guests not just to eat farm-fresh food but to feel what it means to be truly close to the source. When you eat with us, you're not just a customer โ you're a guest of the land itself.
Our Values
Sustainability
We work exclusively with farms that practice sustainable, responsible agriculture. The health of Hawaii's land is the foundation of everything we do.
Local First
Every ingredient, every chef, every partner โ we choose local whenever possible, keeping Hawaii's food economy strong and vibrant.
Community
We believe food is the original community-builder. Our long table is a space where strangers become friends over a shared exceptional meal.
Our Approach
Every Gather Feast event starts months before the dinner date. We consult with our farm partners about what will be at peak quality during the event window. We then collaborate with a talented guest chef to develop a menu that makes the most of those seasonal highlights.
Venue selection is equally thoughtful. We seek out outdoor spaces that add to the dining experience โ places where nature itself becomes part of the ambiance. Waialua Valley Farms, set against the lush North Shore landscape beneath Mount Ka'ala, is the perfect embodiment of this vision.
On the evening of the event, our team works to ensure every detail is taken care of, from seating arrangements that encourage conversation to the careful choreography of courses that tells a seasonal story from first bite to last.

The company was born from a desire to create meaningful dining experiences that honor the island's rich agricultural heritage and bring the farm-to-table philosophy to life in a uniquely Hawaiian setting.
Farm-to-table at Gather Feast Hawaii means we source ingredients directly from local Oahu farms and use them in menus crafted around what is fresh and in season. There are no middlemen โ we work directly with the farmers we trust.
This approach ensures the freshest possible ingredients on your plate while keeping food dollars circulating within the local Hawaiian economy. It also means menus change with the seasons, offering guests a new experience every time they attend.
We are proud to partner with some of the finest farms on Oahu's North Shore, including Waialua Valley Farms โ the beautiful venue that hosts our events. Our farm partners are committed to sustainable, responsible agriculture that nurtures the land for future generations.
We also work with local artisans and producers for specialty items like honey, cheese, and preserves. You can meet many of our partners at events, where we introduce them and share their stories.
Gather Feast Hawaii is not a restaurant โ we are a curated dining experience. Events are ticketed, seasonally scheduled, and held at unique outdoor venues rather than a fixed dining room. Each event features a different guest chef and menu.
The communal long-table format encourages you to connect with other guests. It is designed to be social, intimate, and memorable in a way that a regular restaurant visit simply cannot replicate.
Yes. Community support is part of our DNA. We have donated portions of event proceeds to local farms and agricultural organizations facing hardship, including Farm to Barn during a challenging period with state permitting.
We believe that supporting our local food ecosystem โ from farmers to chefs to guests โ is the right thing to do. Look for fundraiser announcements on individual event pages.
